LET’S START HERE:
I’m an experienced Senior Digital Product Design Lead (UX/UI/CX) and have led many teams and organisations throughout my career, now spanning 2 decades. For the last 6yrs+ I have consulted for IQbusiness where we often refer to ourselves as Creative Business Technologists.

I am the Regional Lead in Cape Town for IQbusiness Experience Innovation, facilitating hiring and team growth, sales opportunities, Design Ops, skills development and business strategy for multiple Design teams and team members in the region—all while remaining billable as a Product Design Lead at clients.

EDUCATION:
I hold an Honours degree from University of Johannesburg in Multimedia Design (graduating Cum Laude, 2009), with a focus on User Experience, Interface Design, Business Design and Customer Experience. I have since added several courses to my CV which enable my day-to-day engagements with clients.

BUSINESS:
Over the years I’ve produced many successful digital solutions for B2B/ B2C clients from various industries and run 3 business (eCommerce, Web Design and Consulting) which enhanced my skillset toward Marketing, Data-decisioning and Product Design.

Previously, I’ve lectured at top Universities and Private Colleges, Designed and developed Accenture’s intranets, was a Senior Account manager for VML (Agency) holding 12 major clients in my portfolio, and was Head of a Digital Innovation & Marketing department for an Investment & Asset Management firm.
