WIREFRAMING – STRUCTURED PAGE DESIGN
Understanding the brief and target audience is critical. I’ve been part and and lead design teams where we’ve jumped ahead before assembling a solid understanding of what the client wants and determining the exact criteria required for success. Tough experiences have lead to greater focus up-front which I deploy within each project and impart to my teams.
The example I’ve added was drafted in Freehand, an InVision tool which enables real-time collaboration.
I’ve worked with many design tools, the likes of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Invision, etc. and in each case they offer great tool-sets to craft the end solution but the key is not held in the tool, rather the business minded approach and vision that is applied with strong design principles. This is what truly sets a campaign up for success.
I’m generally in charge of / required to fulfill these roles on projects and have done so for over 14 years
